I started this two years ago, when KitCat was just born. It did say "baby 'Cate' hang here". Of course the baby is no longer a baby, and I never call her Cate so a little unpicking was required (I had a willing volunteer). That's all it said and has been sat in the pocket of my sewing machine cover ever since.
I'm particularly proud of the deranged blackbird.
Better late than never, eh?
Could the next person who goes to the kitchen shop in Bath please pick me up a few more of these aprons? I fancy making a few more

I think you should copy our Dartington split aprons instead, they are such a good design.
