The font of the day is Garamond. Designed in the 16th C by no other than Claude Garamond, it remains a popular font; the letterforms convey a sense of fluidity and consistency whilst little idiosyncrasies such as the small eye of the e make it a little bit quirky. Garamond works well in print and remains legible in small sizes.
Well, that was true until it was drawn with a felt tip with my left hand, anyway.
Left handed Garamond is nice too.
